Paul J. Heppermann passed away in Wentzville, Missouri on January 14, 2022 at the age of 75.
He was the beloved husband of Diane Heppermann nee Tochtrop of Wentzville, Missouri; He is survived by his wife; four children, Michelle (Gary) Brinker of Wentzville, MO, Angela (Scott) Oberreiter of Springfield, IL, Tricia (Travis) Hays of Kansas City, MO, Tom (Beth) Heppermann of Freeburg, IL; two brothers, Norbert (Beverly) Heppermann of Wright City, MO, Alphonse “Tiny” (Barb) Heppermann of Gillespie, IL; brother‑in‑law, Bill Weinberger of Clarksville, MO; eight grandchildren, Sophia, James, and Noah Brinker, Isaac and Pierce Oberreiter, Ben, Tenley, and Liam Heppermann.
Paul was a long time member of St. Theodore Catholic Church in Flint Hill, MO. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Army from 1966‑1968. He enjoyed fishing, farming, playing cards, going to fish fry’s, and farming. Paul especially loved spending time with his family and friends, playing with his grand kids, and was very proud of his sweet corn.
He is preceded in death by his father, Alphonse H. Heppermann, mother, Susan M. Heppermann nee Klein, brother, Robert Heppermann, and sister, Barbara Weinberger.
Visitation was held from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Jan. 19, 2022 at Pitman Funeral Home in Wentzville. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Jan. 20 at St. Theodore Catholic Church Cemetery in Flint Hill with burial at the St. Theodore Catholic Church Cemetery.
