The health and well-being of our residents is a top priority for the City. We are closely monitoring information from the St. Charles County Public Health Department, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and the CDC regarding COVID-19. As I write this on Monday, March 16, there are no documented cases reported in Wentzville (or in St. Charles County).

However, it is imperative that residents (and staff) showing any symptoms of illness stay home. Signs of illness include shortness of breath, headaches or body aches, cough and/or fever. Please consult with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns for yourself or your family members exhibiting systems. Rest assured, we will continue to seek guidance from the appropriate agencies and will communicate their recommendations as we work together in the days ahead.

In collaboration with St. Charles County and its Public Health Department, the City of Wentzville is activating plans to evaluate event and program cancellations, review general City operations, and assess City policies and procedures surrounding COVID-19. More updates will be shared as necessary.

Though most City facilities remain open at this time, residents and guests are strongly encouraged to limit, as much as possible, in-person business with City departments. Please call (636) 327-5101 or (636) 327-5102 to determine if an in-person visit is necessary. City Hall is equipped with a drive-up payment drop box located in the circular drive in front of the building and residents are encouraged to utilize this option or online payment whenever possible.

Additional online options for conducting City business remotely can be found at www.wentzvillemo.org. Thank you for doing your part to help us limit the spread of COVID-19 in our community by practicing social distancing and limiting in-person contact as much as possible.
