The Wentzville School District Board of Education has approved the hiring of Mr. Richard Angevine as Chief Financial Officer for the 2019-20 school year, replacing Mrs. Pam Frazier who has taken a new position in the Webster Groves School District.
Angevine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. He is a Certified Public Accountant and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for a regional law firm. Previously, he has worked in financial roles for Anheuser-Busch, SeaWorld and the Missouri Botanical Garden. He has also worked as an adjunct instructor for 21 years at Maryville University where he teaches advanced undergraduate and MBA accounting courses and helps students prepare for the CPA exam. Angevine is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the Missouri Society of CPAs and Financial Executives International and in 2014 he was nominated for St. Louis CFO of the Year.
