Lake Saint Louis Police Report: July 25 – August 28

On July 25 at 7:15 a.m., police took a report for a motor vehicle crash involving two vehicles with no injuries.

On July 25 at 12:45 p.m., police investigated property damage on Barn Swallow Drive.

On July 25 at 1:38 p.m., police took a report of stealing that occurred on 7/20.

On July 25 at 5:15 p.m., police responded to 2100 block of Welsh Drive for the report of a possible assault. Two female subjects involved in a physical altercation, this case will be forwarded to the municipal prosecutor.

On July 25 at 11:45 p.m., police arrested a 27-year-old female subject during a pedestrian check after a computer inquiry revealed an active arrest warrant.

On July 26 at 12:55 p.m., police took a report of found property from a citizen who located the items on the road while riding her bike.

On July 26 at 2:52 p.m., police took a report of a motor vehicle crash that occurred on I-64 with no injuries.

On July 26 at 3:33 p.m., officer took a report of shoplifting. A 30-year-old female subject was taken into custody and later released on summons for shoplifting.

On July 26 at 4:39 p.m., an officer took a report of a motor vehicle crash on I-70 near Lake Saint Louis Blvd. Three vehicles were involved and two vehicles were towed due to disabling damage. A 26-year-old man was treated for injuries received.

On July 26 at 5:34 p.m., an officer took a report of a stolen wallet at Quiktrip. An unknown aged white male with a gray goatee was observed on security camera taking the wallet.

On July 26 at 5:31 p.m., police took a report of a motor vehicle crash that occurred on I-64 with no injuries. One vehicle towed.

On July 26 at 6:13 p.m., officers responded to Fabius Dr for an 85-year-old male with a history of heart issues who was discovered deceased in his residence. The male subject was later pronounced deceased on scene. The death was investigated and found to be non-suspicious and due to natural causes.

On July 27 at 10:03 a.m., police responded to the 1300 block of Lake Saint Louis Boulevard in reference to a motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

On July 27 at 11:27 a.m., officer conducted a traffic stop on I-70. A 24-year-old male was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

On July 27 at 1:23 p.m., officers assisted the St. Charles Co. Regional Drug Task Force in an investigation.

On July 27 at 6:26 p.m., an officer responded to a motor vehicle crash involving two passenger vehicles on Civic Center Dr. A 22-year-old male was transported by EMS and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

On July 28 at 1:33 a.m., officer arrested a 27-year-old male for driving while intoxicated after observing several traffic violations in the area of Lake St. Louis Blvd near the exit ramp from WB I-70.

On July 28 at 11:46 a.m., officers responded to the area of Champagne Dr in reference to a report of trespassing.

On July 28 at 1:33 p.m., an officer responded for a delayed report of a shoplifting that was discovered.

On July 28 at 5:29 p.m., officers responded to the area of VMP for a report of a domestic assault.

On July 29 at 1:13 p.m., officers responded to a two-vehicle, motor vehicle crash with no reported injuries.

On July 29 at 1:26 p.m., officers responded to the lobby of the Lake Saint Louis Police Department for a report of property damage that occurred in the area of Veterans Memorial Parkway.

On July 29 at 9:58 p.m., police attempted an investigative stop on a vehicle. The driver, a 30-year-old male, fled in the vehicle, and later on foot. He was apprehended and taken into custody. Subject had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was cited for DWR and C&I. Warrant application will be made at a later date.

On July 30 at 5:47 a.m., an officer took a report of a domestic incident. No charges were filed. A 22-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of St. Peters.

On July 30 at 12:37 p.m., LSL police arrested a 19-year-old male on an outstanding arrest warrant.

On July 30 at 10:02 p.m., officers located a 38-year-old male subject at a business on Veterans Memorial Parkway who was a person of interest in an open case for Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department. Subsequently the male subject was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department.

On July 30 at 11:40 p.m., police responded to Woodlake Ct for a report of a Domestic Disturbance. There was no evidence of a crime.

On July 31 at 1:49 a.m., police responded to the area of Rue Grand Dr for a report of a subject tampering with motor vehicles.

On July 31 at 3:58 a.m., police arrested a 25-year-old male on a traffic stop for driving while suspended and outstanding warrants on Fox Trail Drive.

On July 31 at 10:19 a.m., police responded in reference to a two-vehicle non-injury motor vehicle crash. One vehicle was towed.

On July 31 at 10:19 a.m., officers arrested a 30-year-old male for an outstanding Lake St. Louis Municipal Ct arrest warrant.

On July 31 at 11:47 a.m., officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of LSL Blvd and I-70. A 54-year-old male arrested on an active St. Clair Warrant and posted bond.

On July 31 at 12:07 p.m., police took a report of forgery and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device.

On July 31 at 1:03 p.m., officers responded to 6100 block of Ronald Reagan for a delayed stealing.

On July 30 at 8:06 a.m., officer responded in reference to an informational report.

On July 31 at 5:59 p.m., police took a non-criminal report from Distinction Dr.

On August 1 at 3:00 a.m., police arrested a 23-year-old male subject during a traffic stop, due to the subject having a warrant issued out of Lake St. Louis.

On August 1 at 9:03 a.m., officers responded to the 700 block of Fallen Hickory Dr in reference to a burglary and property damage just discovered.

On August 1 at 11:28 a.m., officers responded to a two-vehicle non-injury motor vehicle crash.

On August 1 at 11:36 a.m., officers responded to Lake Saint Louis Boulevard in reference to a motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported and one vehicle was towed from the scene.

On August 1 at 5:35 p.m., an officer responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury crash.

On August 2 at 12:47 a.m., officer conducted a traffic stop on EB I-70 near Bryan Rd for failure to maintain a single lane. After further investigation, the 24-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

On August 2 at 7:34 a.m., officers responded to area of Lake Saint Louis Blvd and W. Terra Lane in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Both drivers, a 21-year-old male and a 37-year-old female, were injured and transported to the hospital. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

On August 2 at 10:50 a.m., officers responded to the lobby of Lake Saint Louis Police Department in reference to a report of a trailer being stolen.

On August 3 at 8:15 a.m., officer took a report of suspicious circumstance. A subject on Woodchuck Lane reported that she viewed on her security camera two male subjects enter her property, but did not commit any crime. No contact was made with the subjects.

On August 3 at 1:39 p.m., an officer responded to Wentzville Police Department to arrest a subject on an outstanding warrant. A 29-year-old male subject was arrested on multiple active warrants.

On August 3 at 2:44 p.m., an officer investigated a report of domestic violence.

On August 3 at 5:39 p.m., officers responded in reference to a non-injury, motor vehicle crash involving two vehicles.

On August 3 at 6:00 p.m., police took a report of a motor vehicle crash on I-64. There were no reported injuries and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

On August 3 at 9:32 p.m., police arrested a 31-year-old female for an outstanding warrant.

On August 3 at 10:55 p.m., police seized suspected methamphetamine during a traffic stop on Veterans Memorial Parkway.

On August 4 at 3:26 a.m., officers found lost property of a male subject in the area of Veterans Memorial Parkway and Bent Oak Cutoff. Further attempts will be made to locate the owner.

On August 4 at 3:27 p.m., officers responded in reference to a stolen cellular telephone.

On August 5 at 5:20 a.m., officers responded to Hwy A, for a single motor vehicle crash. A vehicle struck a light standard and traveled into a culvert. No injury was reported on scene and the vehicle had to be towed from the scene.

On August 5 at 12:22 p.m., officers responded for the report of a suspicious device. The St. Charles County Bomb Squad responded and removed the device. This investigation is ongoing.

On August 5 at 2:37 p.m., officers responded in reference to an explosive being located in a residential garage. The explosive was later seized and removed from the residence by St. Charles County Bomb Unit.

On August 5 at 2:31 p.m., police investigated a sexual assault that occurred at 10000 block of Veterans’ Memorial Parkway.

On August 5 at 8:00 p.m., police issued a 63-year-old female a summons for shoplifting.

On August 5 at 6:43 p.m., officers responded to the area of Wyndstone Subdivision for a noise complaint. Subsequently a subject was identified who had been testing hobby rocket components in the area.

On August 6 at 6:40 a.m., officers responded to the 11000 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway in reference to a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later discovered in St. Peters, MO and suspects have been identified.

On August 6 at 4:01 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle. A 36-year-old male and a 29-year-old female were both arrested on outstanding warrants, traffic and drug possession charges.

On August 6 at 11:13 p.m., officers responded to Lake St. Louis Boulevard near Technology Drive in reference to a single vehicle motor vehicle crash off the roadway. No injuries were reported and one vehicle was towed.

On August 7 at 11:37 a.m., police took an informational in reference to brothers and sisters disagreeing on how to financially care for their 89-year-old mother.

On August 7 at 1:16 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Highway A and Interstate 70. A 38-year-old female was arrested on an active St. Charles County Department of Corrections Warrant and posted bond.

On August 7 at 1:11 p.m., police responded to the area of Savoy Dr for a motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported and the vehicles were driven from the scene.

On August 7 at 4:49 p.m., an officer responded to area of the Meadows shopping center for a report of a shoplifting.

On August 7 at 5:11 p.m., an officer respond to a two-vehicle crash wherein no injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

On August 8 at 9:12 a.m., an officer took a report of credit card fraud. An 81-year-old subject was defrauded. This matter is under investigation.

On August 8 at 1:18 p.m., police arrested 3 females for active arrest warrants and felony stealing.

On August 8 at 4:40 p.m., police responded to Lake St. Louis Blvd and Hawk Ridge Circle for a minor two-vehicle accident. Neither vehicle was towed and no injuries reported.

On August 8 at 11:55 p.m., police issued multiple summonses to an 18-year-old male subject during a traffic stop after illegal drugs were found in the vehicle.

On August 9 at 12:47 a.m., police responded to an address on Argonne Meadows Dr for a report of an elderly subject that had fallen and needed assistance.

On August 9 at 2:24 a.m., officers respond to the area of Cedar Cove Trail for a verbal argument between a male and female subject. There was no evidence of physical contact between either subject and both refused to provide any statements.

On August 9 at 9:40 a.m., officers arrested a 33-year-old male on outstanding warrants.

On August 9 at 11:50 a.m., officers responded to the lobby of the Lake Saint Louis Police Department for the report of a delayed Motor Vehicle Accident.

On August 9 at 3:00 p.m., an officer took a report of a sick case. A 74-year-old male was transported for heat related illness.

On August 9 at 3:51 p.m., officers responded in reference to a shoplifting.

On August 9 at 4:38 p.m., officers responded for the report of sunglasses stolen from a vehicle.

On August 9 at 11:31 p.m., police issued multiple summonses to a 46-year-old male subject during a traffic stop after a computer inquiry revealed the driver to be revoked.

On August 10 at 12:51 p.m., officers responded to the WB I-64 exit ramp for a motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

On August 11 at 7:45 a.m., officers responded to Westbound 64 for a motor vehicle crash involving three vehicles. One vehicle was towed from the scene. One driver, a 20-year-old male, reported minor injuries, but declined treatment on scene.

On August 10 at 3:28 p.m., officers responded to I-70 WB for a vehicle that was in the center median, partially blocking traffic that had been abandoned. The vehicle was towed for traffic safety.

On August 10 at 5:12 p.m., officers responded to WB I-70 for a motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

On August 10 at 11:08 p.m., officers responded to 10000 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway for a minor leaving the scene of an accident on the parking lot.

On August 11 at 3:06 p.m., police responded to Ronald Reagan Dr in reference to a delayed stealing report.

On August 11 at 10:54 p.m., officer conducted a traffic stop on Lake St. Louis Boulevard for speeding. After further investigation, the 21-year-old male driver was issued summonses for speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On August 13 at 12:35 a.m., officer conducted a traffic stop on Lake St. Louis Boulevard at Bent Oak Drive for a failure to maintain a single lane. After further information, the 33-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while revoked, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On August 13 at 5:50 a.m., an officer took a report of domestic assault. A 61-year-old female alleged that her 60-year-old male husband assaulted her by pulling her hair. This investigation is ongoing.

On August 13 at 12:33 p.m., officers responded to a Motor Vehicle accident, involving two vehicles and no injuries.

On August 13 at 5:11 p.m., police issued summonses for domestic assault to a 25-year-old female and a 24-year-old male.

On August 14 at 4:00 a.m., police arrested a 52-year-old male subject during a traffic stop after a computer inquiry revealed an active warrant.

On August 14 at 6:46 a.m., officers respond to a leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident call. Fleeing vehicle was unidentified.

On August 14 at 7:38 a.m., officers responded to a Motor Vehicle Accident involving two vehicles, non-injury.

On August 14 at 8:30 a.m., police arrested a 46-year-old male for an active arrest warrant out of St. Charles City.

On August 14 at 9:20 a.m., an officer took a report of stealing from a motor vehicle. This investigation is ongoing.

On August 14 at 2:59 p.m., officers respond in reference to a stolen John Deere lawn mower.

On August 14 at 4:48 p.m., officers responded in reference to a non-injury, two-vehicle accident.

On August 14 at 4:58 p.m., police responded to Technology and 364 for a report of a two-vehicle accident. No injuries and both vehicles drove away.

On August 14 at 6:12 p.m., officers responded to Hwy 64 east of Lake St. Louis Blvd for a two-motor vehicle crash. One driver complained of neck pain on scene, but refused medical attention. One vehicle was driven from the scene with little damage and the other vehicle was towed for minor damage by the owner.

On August 14 at 7:24 p.m., police took a report of a non-criminal situation on Landing Place Drive.

On August 14 at 10:00 p.m., officers responded to 501 Civic Center Dr for a report of a vehicle leaving the scene of an accident. There were no injuries reported, both vehicles were driven away from the scene.

On August 14 at 8:30 p.m., officers responded to the area of Brookfield Crossing Dr for a report of property damage.

On August 15 at 11:54 a.m., officers responded to the lobby of the police department for the report of a fraud.

On August 15 at 3:34 p.m., officers responded to the I-70 westbound exit ramp to Lake Saint Louis Blvd for a two-vehicle crash. No injuries were reported and one vehicle was driven from the scene.

On August 15 at 6:58 p.m., officers responded for a report of a verbal argument between a male and female subject. This incident was determined to be non-criminal in nature.

On August 16 at 8:32 a.m., officers responded to the area of Bay Oaks Ct. for a report of harassment. A 51-year-old female was issued summonses for trespassing and harassment.

On August 16 at 1:53 p.m., an officer responded to a two-vehicle crash near Ronald Reagan Dr and Hwy N. No injuries were reported and one vehicle was towed.

On August 16 at 1:37 p.m., officers assisted another agency in the area of Veterans Memorial Parkway.

On August 17 at 6:48 a.m., officers responded to the area of Brookfield Crossing Dr. in reference to a report of property damage. There is a 29-year-old male suspect, but he has not been located at this time.

On August 17 at 9:15 a.m., an officer responded to the 6100 block of Ronald Reagan Drive for a report of property damage.

On August 17 at 11:09 a.m., police took a report of a motor vehicle crash involving one motor vehicle and a pedestrian. One person, a 76-year-old female, was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

On August 17 at 12:35 p.m., officers responded to Timberland High School for the report of possible child molestation. After speaking with the reporting party it was determined the incident took place at a residence in Lake Saint Louis. All parties have been identified, and this report will be forwarded to Lake Saint Louis detective bureau.

On August 17 at 4:38 p.m., police took a report for a motor vehicle crash with no injuries.

On August 17 at 5:27 p.m., police took a report for a motor vehicle crash where one vehicle left the scene.

On August 17 at 6:57 p.m., police responded to the intersection of Technology Drive and Technology Loop for a report of a motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

On August 18 at 4:49 a.m., police officers responded to the 100 block of Rue Grand Drive for a report of a 76-year-old female subject who was unconscious and not breathing. EMS arrived on scene and pronounced the female subject as deceased. The death was obviously of natural causes.

On August 18 at 9:56 a.m., police took a report for a domestic violence incident with no injuries.

On August 18 at 7:47 p.m., officers responded to the lobby of the police department for a report of a theft.

On August 18 at 8:19 p.m., an officer responded to the area of Lake St. Louis Blvd for a report of a C & I vehicle. A 42-year-old male was arrested for DWI as a result of the call.

On August 18 at 9:48 p.m., Lake St. Louis officers responded to the area of Cedar Cove Trail for a report of an ex-parte violation by text message.

On August 18 at 8:29 p.m., Lake St. Louis Police arrested a 45-year-old male for an outstanding warrant.

On August 19 at 12:29 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 70. The 27-year-old male subject was issued summonses for driving while suspended.

On August 19 at 10:22 a.m., officers took a report of unlawful use of a weapon. A 51-year-old female was accused of unlawfully using a weapon within city limits.

On August 20 at 4:17 p.m., officers responded to Veterans Memorial Parkway for a motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported and one vehicle was later towed.

On August 20 at 9:47 p.m., officers were dispatched to a residence on Champagne Dr in reference to a disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. Investigation revealed that the incident was non-criminal in nature.

On August 21 at 1:09 p.m., officers responded to Lake Saint Louis Blvd and Blue Cove Terrace for a motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

On August 21 at 3:47 p.m., officers responded to the area of Medical Plaza Dr. for a report of an assault.

On August 21 at 5:27 p.m., a stealing was reported in the 200 block of Rue Grand.

On August 21 at 6:57 p.m., officers responded to a verbal argument between aunt, niece and niece’s boyfriend. Niece and boyfriend stated they would leave the residence for the evening.

On August 21 at 11:27 p.m., police responded to a verbal argument between husband and wife. No crime occurred.

On August 22 at 1:06 p.m., officers responded to area of the 3000 block of Lake Saint Louis Boulevard in reference to the report of a runaway juvenile. A 14-year-old female was taken into custody and held as a runaway juvenile.

On August 22 at 6:22 p.m., officers responded to the 6100 block of Ronald Reagan Dr for the report of a delayed stealing.

On August 22 at 7:17 p.m., officers were contacted in reference to a possible stolen vehicle from Interstate 64.

On August 22 at 9:00 p.m., officers responded to Welsh Drive for a report of a Domestic Disturbance.

On August 23 at 2:44 p.m., an officer took a report of stealing. An 18-year-old female was issued a summons for stealing.

On August 23 at 4:32 p.m., police took a report of a motor vehicle crash with no injuries.

On August 23 at 4:59 p.m., officer took a report of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash. An unknown make or model vehicle struck the 79-year-old victim’s vehicle and fled the scene. No injuries.

On August 23 at 6:46 p.m., officers responded to a call from St. Peters Police Department involving a leaving the scene of an accident that occurred in the area of Lake St. Louis Blvd and Veterans Memorial Parkway. The 41-year-old male suspect was later located by St. Peters Police Department and arrested for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash and for driving while suspended. The male was later released pending application of a warrant.

On August 24 at 10:21 a.m., officers responded to the lobby of the Lake St. Louis Police Department for a stolen vehicle report.

On August 24 at 5:28 p.m., officers responded to the department lobby for a report of a sexual assault.

On August 25 at 6:17 a.m., officers responded to the area of Normandy Drive for a report of items stolen from multiple vehicles in the area.

On August 25 at 3:49 p.m., officers responded to the area of the Meadowbrook pool for a peace disturbance.

On August 25 at 6:59 p.m., officers responded to the area of Veterans Memorial Parkway for a report of a male subject walking around with a firearm. The male had left the scene prior to the officer’s arrival.

On August 26 at 12:36 a.m., police responded to an argument between boyfriend and girlfriend. Male took female’s phone prior to leaving. The female did not wish to make a report for the phone at this time.

On August 26 at 2:42 p.m., officers responded to the area of Ronald Reagan Dr for a report of a shoplifting.

On August 26 at 4:51 p.m., officers responded to the area of Jefferson Point for a report of a vehicle’s window being broken out and items stolen out of it.

On August 27 at 10:44 a.m., police took a report of property damage on Veterans Memorial Parkway.

On August 27 at 5:00 p.m., police officers responded to the 6100 block of Ronald Reagan Drive in reference to a report of a shoplifting. Three suspects were arrested, a 30-year-old female, a 23-year-old female and a 19-year-old male. All subjects were booked and released on a misdemeanor stealing charge without incident.

On August 27 at 9:00 p.m., police responded to the city of Wentzville for a prisoner pick-up.

On August 27 at 10:04 p.m., Lake St. Louis Police Officers responded to the 11400 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway for a report of a leaving the scene of an accident.

On August 28 at 11:35 a.m., an officer responded to the area of 2140 W. Terra Lane in reference to a theft of motor vehicle fuel.

On August 28 at 2:21 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of I-70. A 53-year-old female was arrested for an outstanding fugitive warrant as a result of the investigation.

On August 28 at 1:51 p.m., an officer took a report of a stealing at Regions Bank. This investigation is ongoing.

On August 28 at 3:39 p.m., Lake St. Louis Police Officers responded to the 300 block of Stag Industrial Boulevard in reference to a report of computer fraud.

On August 28 at 4:08 p.m., officer responded in reference to a non-injury, motor vehicle crash involving two vehicles.

On August 28 at 11:00 p.m., police issued multiple citations to a 29-year-old male subject during a traffic stop. The 32-year-old female passenger was arrested due to multiple active warrants.
