Bill No. 3997 – An ordinance to comply with the Missouri Ethics Commission to re-adopt Ordinance No. 772, passed and approved by the Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen on August 19, 1991, establishing procedure to disclose potential conflict of interest and substantial interests for certain officials.

Bill No. 3998 – An ordinance amending the Municipal Code of the City of Lake Saint Louis, Title III: Traffic Code, Chapter 365: Stopping, Standing or Parking Restricted or Prohibited on Certain Streets, Section 365.030: Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, Schedule III: Stopping, Standing or Parking Prohibited.

Bill No. 3999 – An ordinance amending the Municipal Code of the City of Lake Saint Louis, Title III: Traffic Code, Chapter 355: Stopping, Standing or Parking Prohibited in Specified Places, Section 355.010: Stopping, Standing or Parking Prohibited, by adding a new Sub-Section “C”, and deleting Section 365.090: On-Street Parking or Storage, in its entirety.

Bill No. 4000 – An ordinance to authorize the Mayor and/or City Administrator to extend the contract for fiscal year audits for the City of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri.

Bill No. 4001 – An ordinance to authorize the Mayor and/or City Administrator to grant a utility easement to PWSD#2.

Bill No. 4002 – An ordinance to authorize the Mayor and/or City Administrator to grant a utility easement to PWSD#2.

Bill No. 4003 – An ordinance to authorize the Mayor and/or City Administrator to grant a utility easement to PWSD#2.

Bill No. 4004 – An ordinance to authorize the Mayor and/or City Administrator to exercise the second-year renewal option with J. M. Marschuetz Construction, Inc. for the City of Lake Saint Louis’ Annual Concrete Panel Replacement Program.

Bill No. 4005 – An ordinance accepting the dedication from McBride Duello, LLC of property in the Wyndstone Subdivision to be used for park and/or recreational purposes, and authorizing the Mayor and/or City Administrator to record a Deed of Dedication conveying the property to the City.

Bill No. 4006 – An ordinance repealing and replacing Municipal Code Title II: Public Health, Safety and Welfare, Chapter 210: Animal Regulations, in accordance with the City’s contract for Kennel and Animal Control Services with St. Charles County.

Bill No. 4007 – An ordinance authorizing the Mayor and/or City Administrator to execute an Escrow Agreement with Martin Bathe guaranteeing grading, installation and maintenance of soil erosion control measures and site improvements related to the construction of a 11,491-square-foot daycare facility to be known as Learning Lodge West Early Childhood Learning, located at 5101 Lake Saint Louis Boulevard (lot 2b1 of the Hawk Ridge business park and golf course subdivision).

Bill No. 4008 – An ordinance to award a contract to Bax Engineering as a trail design consultant for the Undeveloped Park Project for the City of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri.

Bill No. 4009 – An ordinance to adopt a budget revision for the City of Lake Saint Louis’ budgets for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018.

Resolution No. 02-05-18 (1) – A resolution amending Resolution No. 06-15-15 (1) to change the meeting date and time of the City Image Advisory Committee.
